As a successful beauty therapist with 9+ year’s experience, I attribute this success to my instinctive ability to welcome my clients in a friendly manner and make them feel comfortable throughout their time with me.

I like to encourage a friendly relationship with my clients- as human beings we need a sense of social belonging. I take the time to know my clients by asking going through thorough consultations, asking about their profession, life style, and listening to their needs and desires. Based upon their answers, I then analyze the suitability of things such as nail colour shape/ size, make up to flatter their features and bone structure, tailor made skin care regimes to create the right image for their success. I follow through my services by giving essential aftercare advice to ensure my client understands the treatment she is having and how she can maintain it at home.

Existing clients consider the most valuable aspect of my service is the level of care and attention they receive at A-List. This includes feeling safe in the hands of an expert. This means that they can thoroughly relax in my presence.

To become a successful beauty therapist requires a commitment... to my clients... to the profession... and to me. I've worked in various salons and spas across the Wirral and Liverpool and learned different things from each experience.

At the tender age of 16, I was still in school when I decided I wanted to get some experience in the beauty industry to get a feel for what it was really like.

I got a Saturday job in a small salon in Wallasey for a year, this gave me full belief that the beauty industry was where I was meant to be.

My desire was (and still is) to be the best at what I do...

Following my first salon job in 2000, I went on to study my NVQ’s Level 2 and 3 in Beauty Therapy and Hairdressing Levels 1 and 2 at Wirral Metropolitan College. Here I earned valuable achievements such as:

I continue to participate in advanced classes, competitions and advanced certifications so I am always updated with new technology, techniques and fashion.

3D Lashes, laser hair/tattoo removal and semi-permanent make up are just a few of things I am excited to learn in the future.
