We cannot replace lost, stolen, mislaid or damaged gift vouchers. 9. No change will be given, any unused balance will not be refunded or credited. 10. We require a 24 hour notice for any date change or cancellation. 11. If the transaction amount exceed the voucher amount, the recipient must pay the remaining balance amount by cash only. 12.
