We advise all clients to read through our terms and conditions before making a booking. They are put in place to safeguard the salon and ensure maximum standards and service is offered to the client.

Upon booking an appointment you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

A £10 non refundable booking fee is required to secure all bookings.

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment for any reason, I require at least 48 hours notice. If this amount of notice is not given, the booking fee will not be carried over.

Your card will be charged 50% of your treatment price/s if you cancel within 24 hours or 100% if you don't show up for your appointment.

If you cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours notice, I will happily transfer the booking fee over to your next appointment. Your next appointment must then be rearranged for no later than 6 weeks or it will be lost. Minimum spend applies.

Refunds will be returned via the same payment method by which they are made.

All missed appointments with less than 48 hours’ notice will lose their booking fee.

Please arrive promptly for your treatment. Late arrivals will result in a reduced treatment time, charged at full cost.
Your appointment will be carried out at my home salon where there is no waiting area, therefore I am unable to accommodate you until your appointment time.

Before your first appointment, you will receive a Medical Record and Treatment Consent via email prior to your treatment. This information is required for your health and safety. It will be treated with the strictest confidence and in line with GDPR (see below).

Whilst a fully trained therapist will treat you, it may be necessary for you to consult your GP before treatment can be given. If there are any changes to any medication you are taking (orally or topically) then I need to know as this could have an effect on your treatment. You will be asked if there are any changes in your health or medication before every treatment and your signature will be required to consent to all treatments carried out.

Your personal details will not be shared with anyone.

We reserve the right to alter, modify and amend our prices/packages without prior notice.

In effect from the 2 nd May 2017, our tinting policy is that clients under the age of 16, and clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding should not be tinted as part of the HD Brows treatment. All other parts of the HD Brows treatment can be completed, the manufacturers of the product just advise to skip the tinting stage. Please see here for futher information.

If any paper records are disposed of, they will be shredded. You can request a copy of this data by emailing.

I use an online booking system which currently holds your contact details in order for me to book your appointments and it also documents your attendance and payments. This data is collected so I am able to contact you regarding appointments and can complete my accounts for HMRC. This booking system is password protected and I access it using either my iphone or laptop, both of which are also password protected.
