For your patch test and consultation, please leave some visible hair so we can properly assess the area. For all treatment sessions, the area should be shaved within 24 hours before your appointment so the laser can effectively target the hair follicle.

A patch test & consultation are required at least 48 hours before your first treatment.
Shave the area 12–24 hours before your appointment (except for your patch test — don’t remove hair beforehand).
Avoid sun exposure and sunbeds for 4–8 weeks before treatment.
No fake tan for 2 weeks before treatment.
Stop using retinol, acids or exfoliating products 7 days before facial treatments.
Arrive with clean, dry skin (no lotions, deodorant, oils, or makeup on the area).

Laser is an investment, but we make it easy. Every package can be split into simple payments so you don’t have to pay it all at once.
You’ll only ever pay a £25 deposit to secure your course, then the balance is spread across your first few sessions. By the time you reach the end of your treatment plan, there’s nothing left to pay — just smooth, lasting results.

Is laser hair removal permanent?
Laser is permanent hair reduction. The hairs we successfully treat are gone for good. Most clients see around 70-90% reduction after 6-8 sessions.
Top ups are usually only needed every few months to maintain any new hormonal growth.
Is it safe for all skin types?
Yes — our advanced technology is designed to work safely and effectively on most skin types. At your consultation, we’ll check your skin and hair to make sure laser is right for you and tailor the treatment to suit you.
Can I get laser hair removal while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Unfortunately, laser hair removal is not recommended during pregnancy or if you are breastfeeding. If you become pregnant during your course of treatments, please let us know—we’ll be happy to pause your sessions and resume them once it’s safe to continue.
Can I tan during laser hair removal?
We don’t recommend tanning during your course. For laser to work best, there needs to be a clear contrast between your hair and skin. The more you tan, the harder it is for the laser to pick up the hair.
Will laser hair removal give me a smooth finish like waxing?
Yes — and even better! Waxing gives smoothness for a couple of weeks, but hair grows back. With laser, regrowth becomes finer, slower, and far less noticeable over time, leaving your skin smoother for longer.
Do I need to shave before my laser appointment?

How can I deal with ingrown hair during laser hair removal?
Laser is actually the best solution for ingrown hairs. By targeting the hair at the root, it helps stop them from developing in the first place. Most clients notice a big improvement in any existing ingrowns after just a few sessions.
Can I wax during laser hair removal?
No — waxing or plucking removes the hair follicle, which means the laser has nothing to target. Shaving is fine (and encouraged) between sessions, but once you’ve finished your course, you may not feel the need to wax again.
Can I have Laser Hair Removal if I’m on my period?
Will I still have to shave all the time?
You go from shaving every few days to barely thinking about it.
Maintenance > constant regrowth.
Does laser hair removal work on lighter hair?
Laser works best on dark blonde to black hair. Very light blonde, red or grey hair doesn’t respond the same way and we’ll always be honest at consultation.
