I understand that going to a new salon can feel a little intimidating, especially if you’re not sure what to expect. Here’s some additional info to help make your first visit as seamless and comfortable as possible.
You will be emailed a consultation form which must be completed upon booking. You will receive both a text & email reminder 72 hours before each visit with an option to confirm or reschedule your visit. 24 hours before each appointment, you’ll also receive a COVID 19 declaration that you must complete within the 24 hours prior to your appointment, before your arrival.

I will take my time navigating your first visit with me and all future appointments to ensure you get exactly what you need each visit without keeping you in my chair longer than you need to be.

In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to all clients, I require 48 hours advance notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment with less than 48 hours notice will result in a £15 per service booked cancellation fee due before a new appointment may be scheduled.

You will be visiting my home salon at 1 Dorset Road, West Kirby, Wirral, CH48 6DJ. There is plenty of free street parking right outside.
Please arrive promptly for your treatment at your scheduled time. Your appointment will be carried out at my home salon where there is no waiting area, therefore I am unable to accommodate you until your appointment time.
When you arrive, please wait in your car until I invite you into the salon. As soon as the space is ready I will welcome you with hand sanitiser and a complimentary mask.
I’ll check over your pre-filled digital consultation form and we will discuss and create your treatment plan before carrying out your service/s.
